warthan farms/light inspired farm girl workshop

Last week I had the amazing opportunity to learn from someone I have looked up to for so long. I originally found (ok, stalked) Jennifer back when the twins were born and I was looking for a homemade laundry soap recipe. I found her blog and instantly could tell what a kind and amazing person she was. A few months later I joined Clickin Moms and to my total surprise and delight, she was a member. I don't remember how I actually got up the nerve to message her but I am so glad I did. Meeting her was a very amazing experience for me in so many ways. I feel so comfortable with her, even when I had only known her online. I've shared a lot of my life with her, good and bad, and I'm so very thankful to have her in my corner and call her a friend. On too of just being such an amazing person, she takes some of the most breathtaking images I have ever seen. Some nights when I can't sleep I just scroll through her albums in awe- her love for her kids shines through in each image and her passion for her clients is unmeasurable. The collaboration with light inspired made the weekend even better and I can't wait to dive into the forum to keep in touch with the new friends I've made and also take some of the workshops they have to offer.

I met some really great friends while I was there, so please stop by their facebook pages and check out their work!  (I hope I didn't forget anyone)!!

So, because I love pictures more than words (and I'm much better at pictures than words)- here is my visit to the farm, in pictures. :)
